At HomelyPK, we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below:

1. Returns Eligibility
You can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

  • Opened or used items (except for defective products)

3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at homelypkofficial@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with return instructions.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate the return process and place a new order. The return will be processed once the item is received, and a refund will be issued.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at homelypkofficial@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund depending on the issue. Please send photos of the damaged or defective item with your return request.

7. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped yet. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may return it once received.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For exchanges, the customer will also bear the shipping cost of the new item.
